We currently offer shipping throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We aim to provide fast and reliable shipping options to meet the diverse needs of our customers in every state.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders placed on https://narifreezegear.com will be processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed on the following business day. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been processed, along with tracking information once the shipment is dispatched.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
NariFreezeGear offers several shipping options to ensure that you receive your order in the most convenient timeframe possible. Available methods include:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery in 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Next-Day Delivery: For urgent orders, we offer next-day delivery on orders placed before 12:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may arrive in 1-2 business days.
Please note that the above timeframes are estimates and may vary based on factors like weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-volume shipping periods. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your order’s progress online.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order’s weight, size, and the shipping method chosen. The exact cost of shipping will be displayed during checkout, and you will be able to review and approve the total before finalizing your purchase. From time to time, we offer promotions with free shipping, so be sure to check for any special offers on the website.
5. Delivery Issues and Delays

6. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Shipping
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. To ensure proper delivery, please provide a physical street address at checkout.

For certain high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure that the package reaches the intended recipient safely. If you are unavailable to sign for the package, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or pick up the package from a local carrier facility.
